Parent information

We have an intro meeting with all staff and children at the beginning of each session.  At that time staff introduce themselves, talk about what they (and children) will be doing during care, and about what they like to do outside of work.  Children also share a little about themselves with the group, if they choose.  I.e. where they are from, what hobbies they enjoy, etc.

Parents are free to check in at any time in person or via text/phone.

We don't recommend these items come with children, for these reasons: sharing with new friends can be tough day one, things get lost very easily with multiple children, things left behind can make our littles so sad and lastly we have plenty to keep everyone happy and playful:)

Please bring a diaper and wipees for approx. every 1.5 hours of care.  Any child not completely potty trained is recommended to come in a pull up to this new environment.  New friends, new toys, and lots of fun can make most of our potty training littles  "forgetful" about potty time.

Please label all baby food/drinks including: special directions/times and child's name.  If needed, please ask ahead of time if refrigeration is going to be supplied.  Supply will vary between locations, duration and times of events.

Please feel free to contact us so a manager can speak to you.  If unavailable, we will return your call within 24 hours.

You will be given a contact number to text or call us with questions or updates on your little one. 

We would love your input on how much you and your child enjoyed our services, how we can help you and your organization again,  and how we can improve our services.  

Ill - We will notify parents immediately and staff will provide items as needed  (i.e. mat/blanket, ice pack, etc) for child till parents arrive.

Sad- Our staff is trained to help those with rough drop offs.  If parents would like we can send updates via text to inform how little is adjusting.

We can not take children who have or had, in last 24 hours: vomiting, diarrhea, fever, pink eye,  sore throat or any other contagious illness.  Those who have (or had) a recent rash, lice, or cough, we request doctor approval before arriving.  We can take children with a "slight" cough (i.e. we hear it approximately once every 1+ hours) or a "slight" runny nose that isn't accompanied by contagious symptoms.

We can not administer and/or keep any medication in our care area.  With parents on-site or nearby, they can come to provide medication for their child (with a non contagious illness).  We also require a physician form filled out for any enrolled child on medication.

Prior to children's arrival, we "re clean".  We will wipe down all table tops, toilets, faucets and sinks.   All toys and activity items also arrive sanitized and ready to go.
